Businesses have spent much of the past 15 months scrambling to adapt to extraordinary circumstances. While the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic is not yet won, with a vaccine in sight, there is at least a faint light at the end of the tunnel—along with the hope that another train isn’t heading our way. 2021-22 will be the year of transition. Barring any unexpected catastrophes, individuals, businesses, and society can start to look forward to shaping their futures rather than just grinding through the present. The next normal is going to be different. It will not mean going back to the conditions that prevailed in 2019. Indeed, just as the terms “pre-war” and “post-war” are commonly used to describe the 20th century, generations to come will likely discuss the pre-COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 eras. In this GLOBUSS-21 International Research Conference, we will identify some of the trends that will shape the next normal. How they will affect the direction of the global economy, how business will adjust, and how society could be changed forever as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. It is expected to have an enriching exchange of views from the experts towards Managing Business Strategies in the times of Crisis in all functional areas of management for Business Excellence.

The research papers/case study submitted by authors should be their original contributions based on applications/research/surveys related to the main theme and sub themes of the conference. Submitted papers should not have been previously presented/ published or scheduled for presentation/accepted for publication elsewhere.

PEER REVIEW AND PUBLICATION
All papers will be evaluated through the double-blind review process by experts from Institutions/ Universities/ Organizations of repute in and outside India. Only the original and unpublished work will be considered for presentation as well as publication. Any paper found identical or substantially like already published, presented or under review work will not be considered for the conference. The best paper based on evaluation recommendation of the panel of judges in the session will be awarded.
The selected papers will be published in SCOPUS or ABDC Indexed Journals. A duly signed certificate of originality of paper(s) and separate copyright format shall be obtained from the author(s) of selected papers as per the requirements of the respective journal at the time of notification of acceptance of the paper(s). Other high quality research papers will be published in the Conference Book with ISBN number.
Selected Papers qualified as per the journals policies will be provided opportunity to Publish in Scopus/Web of Science Journals:
