Goal Setting
The ability to set goals and make plans to achieve them is the single most important skill that you can develop as a manager. Goals enable you and your team to focus on what is important and evaluate the implementation of your plan and make recommendations for improvement.
Participants will:
Develop and assign SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time–bound) goals
Analyse and manage risk - develop and plan for contingencies
Use resources effectively to achieve objectives
Monitor and control plans to achieve their objectives
Take the participant through short personal Goal Setting exercise to reinforce the session's learnings
