Getting a team into a flow is an art and a necessary leadership skill . Through this program the participants would know the simple organizing principles for getting a team into a healthy and productive position.

How to set Clear Goals for the teams.
To outline simple tasks that are goal oriented.
To keep negative interruptions to the minimum possible
How small challenges and small wins can create a virtuous cycle of higher motivation and performance.
