The objective of the program would be to create awareness that meetings if not done properly could be a wastage of time & money and lost opportunity in terms of more time devoted to better endeavours.

Will become effective in planning team meetings using the basic four pillars of effective team meetings
Learn to cultivate a stewardship mindset, asking questions, engaging others, active listening, drawing out concerns, and managing conflicts.
Manage their time well in preparing for team meetings and executing the same.
