Delegating Effectively

The program shall sensitize why it is so essential to delegate especially in today’s business environment and why is it so difficult to let go and learn how to delegate effectively but still retain control.

Participants will:

  • Learn why micromanagement is not a great strategy
  • Discover within themselves what is restricting them from delegating
  • Learn how, when and whom to delegate
  • How to retain control even when delegating
  • Realize the importance of “Full Acceptance” in delegating
