We are living in a dynamic professional world where things / processes change at a rapid pace. We don't even realize and suddenly something new hits us which we never anticipated. As people leaders, the onus is on us to ensure that when change hits us, the transition at the levels below should be smooth. It calls for us to showcase our skills and qualities as leaders to drive and manage change.
