Building Emotional Intelligence

Our emotional intelligence training builds an understanding of how emotions shape who we are, how we relate to others and how to improve relationships. Participants will leave with tools that shine a light on what EQ is and how to use it to great effect.

Participants will:

Be able to relate more effectively to their colleagues and to others.
Know how to communicate in an emotionally intelligent way.
Understand how to demonstrate empathy in a wide range of situations.
Be aware how their emotions affect their behaviour and performance.
