Your child has been selected for Nursery admission (session 2022 - 2023) and fees are to be paid by
18 Nov 2021 .

Instructions :

Kindly submit the below mentioned documents when the school reopens. If any documents incomplete admission stand cancelled.

Download the admission form, medical form and transport form from the website.

Submit all the above forms (duly filled and signed) to the school at the time of admission.

Documents to be submitted during admission :

1. Self attested photocopy of Child's Birth Certificate.
2. Self attested photocopy of residential proof.
3. Self attested photocopies of highest education qualifications of parents.

Medical Form :-

1. Medical form duly filled up & attested by Doctor.
2. Blood Group should be mentioned. This is must.
3. Vaccination copy should be attached. qualifications of parents.

Note : Please bring original certificates for verification. Fee : ₹60100.00.   No cash or cheque will be entertained at the time of admission.
