Fourth annual winter carnival of the school was held with fun and jubilations. The gala fair comprised decorated games stalls, art and craft corner, face painting, nail art, karaoke corner, etc. Students of Amitasha also displayed their creative artworks.
... [+] The ‘Youth Power’ team of the school also put up a stall to spread awareness about their social initiative ‘WOW – Wipe Out Waste’. A fancydress show ‘Mom and me’, a live DJ and delicious food stalls made for the perfect day.
Special Assembly on Ramayana

A special assembly on ‘Ramayana’ was conducted by the students of Class IV-B for Classes I-V. The theme for the assembly was ‘Victory of good over evil’, as part of which, the students presented a skit depicting different scenes from Ramayana.
... [+] It was followed by a dance performance portraying the return of Lord Rama after defeating Ravana. The assembly concluded with a few words by Principal Meenu Kanwar, and prize distribution ceremony for the various awards won by the students.

The event was organised under the aegis of ‘Gandhi Global Solar Yatra’ by IIT Mumbai as a part of 150th birth anniversary celebration of Mahatma Gandhi. Motto of the event was to make students the ‘Solar Ambassadors’ by training them to develop their own solar lamp as a part of ‘SoUL – Solar Urja through Localization’ and promote the use of solar energy.

Indonesian Educators Delegation Visit

A delegation of 25 teachers from Indonesia visited school to gain an insight into Indian education system and pedagogical practices. The delegates were accorded a traditional welcome with garlands and tilak and they were thrilled to witness traditional Indian practices like havan and recitation of shlokas incorporated by Amity in day-to-day operations of school.
