KVPY Scholarships

Three students namely Abhimanu Sinha, Aryan Gupta and Himanshu Jindal of (Class XI) of the school qualified for the prestigious fellowship ‘Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana’ (KVPY) -2018. They will receive a scholarship of INR 80,000 annually for the first three years and INR 1,12,000 for the next two years thereafter. This year, a total of 24 students from different branches of Amity Group of Schools qualified to receive scholarship under KVPY out of which 13 are from stream SX (Class XII) and 11 are from stream SA (Class XI).

French Olympiad

Proud Amitians of Class X upped their collars by clinching first position in the Inter Amity French Olympiad organized for all the students of Class IX and X of the Amity Group of Schools. A total of 300 students participated in the Olympiad. AIS 46 won the overall trophy for Class X.

Unified Cyber Olympiad

Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO), conducted by Unified Council motivates children to strengthen their knowledge of using mental ability, logical reasoning & computer knowledge. Proficiency in these areas enable them in overcoming problems related to software, management crises, lack of judgment and decision-making.

Rahul Singhal and Shreya Singhal of Class 8 did their school proud by securing All India Rank 29 and 48 respectively. They were awarded with a book, prepaid scratch card of Mapmy step.com, CD, medal and a certificate of appreciation.

Global Talent Search Examination (GTSE)

Global Talent Search Examination (GTSE) is an Amity initiative to awaken the scientific thinking in young minds. This examination aims to test the skills of the students in the fields of science and mathematics. GTSE also serves as unique platform for the students to learn beyond their regular curriculum and prepare themselves with an edge for any future competitions.

GTSE was held on November 23rd, 2006 for the very first time where about 5000 students participated from Classes V- XII. The event turned out to be a success with the participation of many reputed schools like AIS, Delhi Public School, Bal Bharti School, Army public School, Cambridge School, City Montessori School (Lucknow) etc.

Since then the successful journey of GTSE has moved up and ahead serving as a unique platform for the students to showcase their skills and talents. Being held every year on 23rd November, for Classes Class I to XII, GTSE has witnessed about more than 50,000 participants over the years. The course module/syllabus for the examinations is based on the CBSE/ICSE and the State Boards curriculum.

Eduheal Foundation Olympiads

With the increased importance of competitive science and reasoning skills in the IT driven society, the school believes in giving the required exposure to the students through participation in various Olympiads conducted by EduHeal Foundation. These Olympiads not only create awareness about various subjects but also bringing an element of challenge and competition.

French Olympiad

Amity provides myriad opportunities to the students from class V to class X to learn one of the most commonly spoken languages in the world, French. Students are encouraged to participate in French Olympiad conducted by Education & Beyond India Pvt. Ltd. and Langers International Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with the French Embassy and Alliance Française in India. Three best students from across India are sent for an all-expense-paid educational trip to France.

2017-18 >>

The school team won the Overall Champions Trophy in the Inter- Amity French Olympiad organised for Class X students on January 31, 2017. All branches of Amity International Schools from Delhi/ NCR comprising a total of 315 students participated in the competition. Pulkit Goyal, Sukriti Jain and Ishita Bansal made the school proud by their exemplary performances in the competition.

IIO (International Informatics Olympiad)

The International Informatics Olympiad, a test of competence and proficiency in computer science, is held annually at AIS Gurgaon 46. It is based on the syllabus prescribed by CBSE/ICSE and the State Boards in the Month of November /December. Apart from syllabus, a part of the test paper is based on mental ability and reasoning. The top ten students are awarded medals.



NTSE is one of the oldest and most prestigious scholarship exams in India devised by NCERT to identify and nurture talented students with exceptional aptitude in Science and Math. Evaluated and rewarded for their mental aptitude, language aptitude and scholastic NTSE scholars are highly respected across academia and beyond. Each year around two thousand NTSE scholarships are awarded for different stages of education.


Amitians have once again proven their scholastic mettle and emerged victorious at NTSE. 17 out of top 20 ranks in states of Haryana, Delhi and UP have been bagged by Amitians. Aryan Gupta secured Rank 4 in Haryana at NTSE Stage 1. He also topped Gurguram district. Abhimanyu Sinha and Himanshu Jindal secured Rank 7 and 12 respectively.

To provide a strong foundation to the younger generation and help them to succeed in the field of science, Unified Council, India’s leading scientific assessment organization, conducts NSTSE -National Level Science Talent Search Examination. It helps the students to discover their strengths and weaknesses as it provides them an analysis report that contains detailed diagnostic analysis for specific improvements and further development in each child.

Commerce Olympiads

Amity Olympiad:-

The school organized Amity Olympiad for the students of Class V to VIII wherein 11 different schools from Gurgaon took part. Cash prizes and certificates were awarded to the first three toppers of each class for Math and Science Olympiad. The overall rolling trophy was bagged by Maurya School, Gurgaon whereas the Runner’s up trophy was bagged by Sh SN Siddheshwar Senior Secondary Public School, Gurgaon.

The school organised an Inter Amity Commerce Olympiad on November 24, 2014.

Based on the ranking, students were awarded at the grand prize distribution ceremony held at the school on January 31, 2015, presided over by eminent personalities from different fields. Medals and certificates were awarded to the first three toppers of each school. The overall Rolling Trophy from Class XI & XII was awarded to Amity International School, Saket and Vasundhara 6 respectively The event also witnessed a panel discussion on the topic “Impact on Indian Economy after the visit of US President Barack Obama’s visit”
