Panchtatva – The Fusion of Five
Taking inspiration from the five elements, their cosmic synergies and balanced harmonics, Amity International School, Pushp Vihar organized a colossal exhibition title Panchtatva – The Fusion of Five. Each and every student was made aware of the importance of The Elements in their lives and there was 100% participation from amongst the students. The Nursery and the KG puts up a beautiful show wherein the little ones danced and sang in appreciation before a colorful and thoughtfully planned out backdrop. Every where one looked could feel the suffused power of The Elements.
The topic for the classes I & II was Earth and its land forms. With the ideas and expressions of the children Mother Earth was depicted in all her facets in a most innovative and unique manner. ‘Water’ was the topic for class III & IV wherein one could enjoy the aqua wonders and have a feel of being in an under water world in its prime. The portrayal of aquatic creatures was so close to life that the effect was phenomenal.
Class V depicted the impact of the Fire as a purifier as well as a destroyed that which has the power to make & break at the same time – a most fearful elements but one that we can’t do without.
The topic for class VI was air, the life giving element – The ‘Pranvayu’ of each & every creature on this earth. Many scientific experiments were shown by the students to highlight its importance for every timing being. IT is an element which envelopes us and generated resonance in the life forms.
The space odyssey was presented by the senior classes where one was transported into the outer space to witness flying saucers craters of the moon, surface of Mars and the Red Rover Race. The Zodiac signs astrology and astronomy were the highlights along with the activity by which the spectators could know their age and weight on various planets. There were aliens and astronauts who moved around freely giving it a realistic touch.
Last but not the least the magic of the Elements could be seen on every floor, in every corridor and at the reception. It was a mammoth task completed with a lot of élan which was complimented by each and every visitor and parent to come to witness it. Mrs. Malti Goel, was the Chief Guest for the occasion. The chairperson Dr. Mrs. Amita Chauhan Ma’am graced the occasion with presence and encouraged the students by applauding their work.
