About the Program

Amity Institute of English Studies and Research (AIESR) is organizing a 5-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the theme “A Multifaceted Approach to Language Pedagogy . The program intends to bring together professionals, academics, industry experts, and researchers to discuss various emerging trends and innovations, share their varied experiences, and initiate new directions in the field of language, literature, and linguistics, focusing on their relevance in the 21st century. This intensive workshop aims at providing a platform for

  • Fostering a research culture and advocating for multidisciplinary research alongside promoting publication ethics.
  • Strengthening research capabilities in core and related areas.
  • Promoting the integration of literature and linguistics to develop the attitude as well as skill required for interdisciplinary research, and to develop a wholesome pedagogy for teaching language.
