International Business Summit and Research Conference INBUSH ERA -2025 concludes at Amity

 Amity International Business School, Amity University Noida, organized the Silver Jubilee, 25th Edition of International Business Summit & Research Conference - INBUSH ERA 2025, from 19^th to 21^st February, 2025, on the theme “Navigating the Journey of the 6I's – Inspiration, Ideas, Innovation, Implementation, Improvement, and Impact.”, which concluded at Amity.

Addressing the students during the Valedictory Session, Mr. Puneet Chandok, President and CEO, Microsoft, averred, “Belief comes before ability, and it is your belief in yourself which will help you to achieve your dreams. Ability comes from learning, and you should create your own portfolio and never fall into the trap of illusion. Relationships run the world, and students must build trustworthy and strong relationships which will help them in their career progression. Learning requires brutal intellectual honesty, and one must never shy away from learning.”

Explaining the role of 6 C s which are important for success, Mr. Suresh Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director, Nestle India, said, “It is extremely crucial to follow the 6 Cs -Conscience, commitment, competence, courage, coordination and convergence. You should have a clear conscience and be true to yourself. Commitment to your work and relationships is very important.  Be competent and have the courage to stand up for yourself and speak the truth. In addition, coordination with everyone and being humble plays a big role in life. You must work along with everyone, do not envy anyone and have an ambition with purpose. “

Dr. Atul Chauhan Chancellor Amity University, said, “It is the best time for the youth since they are witnessing a time when India is moving forward towards achieving the mission of Viksit Bharat and the whole world is looking at India. Countries such as Netherlands and Uzbekistan chose Amity to open its campuses in their country since they had a strong belief in the value system and the high quality of education which have been the hallmark of the Amity Education Group. Students must aspire to become the most trusted leader instead of becoming the most liked leader. India will soon become the powerhouse of AI and Amity is the first University in the country where students from all domains are learning AI as part of their curriculum.”

Mr. Sunil Vachani, Co Founder and Executive Chairman Dixon Technologies, remarked , “India will soon become the biggest manufacturing hub with the government’s focus on “Make in India” initiative, which has changed the mindset of the people and strengthened their belief that India can become the world leader in manufacturing. The electronics exports category is the third largest exports category in the world today.  Advising the future entrepreneurs, he added, “We must build global competitiveness, invest in our own designs, deepen our ecosystem and work towards making India the manufacturing hub of the world.”

Mr. Ajay Sardana, President & Head Petchem Industry Affair, Reliance Industries Ltd. said, “One should be flexible and adapt to any role which they are offered in their career. Students must observe the trends and develop adaptability. Today, sustainability is the main focus area in almost all the industries. Sustainable products made by recycling are becoming immensely popular, which is the need of the hour.”

Welcoming the guests during the Inaugural Session, Prof. (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, Group Vice Chancellor, Amity Universities, said, “The Conference has been extremely beneficial with global industry leaders, academicians, thought leaders and experts from across the globe participated in the conference and addressed the students.
