Silver Jubilee INBUSH ERA WORLD SUMMIT-2025, commences at Amity
Amity International Business School, Amity University Noida, has organized the Silver Jubilee, 25th edition of International Business Summit & Research Conference - INBUSH ERA 2025, Asia’s Biggest International Business Summit & Research Conference, from 19th to 21st February, 2025, on the theme “Navigating the Journey of the 6I's – Inspiration, Ideas, Innovation, Implementation, Improvement, and Impact.”
Addressing the gathering during the Inaugural Session, Shri Ashwini Kumar Chaubey, Member of Parliament and Former Minister, averred, “The youth of our country is responsible for the future of our country and Amity is working tirelessly in the area of providing quality education to thousands of youth across the country. Amity University is “Kumbh” of education which is contributing to the development of the society. This Conference on 6Is-Inspiration, Ideas, Innovation, Implementation, Improvement, and Impact, is very relevant since it will encourage the students to work on new technologies and innovations, which is crucial for development. We all must collectively contribute towards Viksit Bharat @2047 and make India the most developed country of the world, by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.”
Mr. Manish Kumar Verma, District Magistrate Gautam Buddh Nagar, said, “INBUSH is being organized by Amity for the last 25 years which is no small feat. Education should serve the society and Amity is working for the same cause. In this era of technology, we need to understand the role of AI and new age technologies which can transform the world. I hope that the Conference will be a source of great learning and knowledge for the students, and they will make the most of this opportunity.”

We must build a brighter future by implementing strategies for managing businesses in technology driven societies. We have made significant strides and invested in technology to enhance our efficiencies, and the time has come to manage them effectively.”
Welcoming the guests during the Inaugural Session, Prof. (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, Group Vice Chancellor, Amity Universities, said, “We are immensely excited to host the Silver Jubilee 25th edition of International Business Summit & Research Conference, INBUSH Era 2025 , wherein global leaders in different fields have joined us from various parts of the world to deliberate upon some of the most relevant issues of the modern society and education system. Started in the year 1998, the spirit of INBUSH and Amity International Business School is the yearning to intellectually stimulate the thought leaders, researchers and students, by bringing them together on one platform and exchange ideas, learning and knowledge.”
During the Inaugural Session, Amity Global Academic Excellence Awards were also presented and Amity Leadership Excellence Award was presented to Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Shri Ashwini Kumar Chaubey, Member of Parliament and Former Minister.
During the three-day International Conference, various sessions -UK Session, Oceania Session, US Session and European Session will also be organized, wherein esteemed Panellists including Prof. James Miller, Vice Chancellor, University of the West of Scotland (TBC), Prof. Robin Mason Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International), University of Birmingham, Dr. Kiran Trehan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Enterprise, Partnerships and Engagement, University of York, Mr. Aditya Malkani, Regional Director, The Association of Commonwealth Universities, will participate amongst others.
A Women’s Session on the Sub Theme, “Revolutionization mental health support from lap to life: Women in Consultation, Compensation, Care, Creativity and Communication” will be organized, wherein esteemed Panellists such as Ms. Andrea Wojnar-UN Representative India & Bhutan, Ms. Bansuri Swaraj-Member of Lok Sabha, Ms. Radhika Ghai, Entrepreneur, Founder Kindlife, Ms. Neelam Pratap Rudy, Golfer, Prof. (Dr). Sadhna Kala, Gynaecologist, National Awardee, Ms. Alison Sharma, Head Capability Development, Nokia, will participate amongst others.
In addition, an Art Exhibit on Mental Health, “Poetry with Art, Aankhen Aarzoo, Aankhen Armaan”, by Dr. Ankita Raj, Amity, has been organized, which represents mental health, an integral component of overall well-being since prioritizing mental health is essential for leading a fulfilling life. Our thoughts feelings and behaviours get affected when we need to choose between right and wrong and the abstract artworks display mental health, encouraging the students to seek support if they go through mental health issues.
