Application Form will be available at Amity Centres at E-25, Defence Colony, Amity University Campus Sector-125, Noida and B-1/623 Janakpuri on payment of Rs 200/-. Those who have downloaded the form from the Internet will be required to pay Rs 200/- by hand in cash, or through a Demand Draft payable at New Delhi, in favour of Amity SSB Academy. The Application Form may be sent alongwith the Demand Draft of Rs 200/- by post to the address given below.

NOTE : This fee is not refundable but will be adjusted against the fee for those who join training.  

Fill in the Application Form and submit or courier it to Director, Amity SSB Academy , Amity University Campus, Sector-125, Super Express Way , Noida-201303 (U.P).
Candidates will be intimated the date of commencement of their batch along with joining instructions through E-mail (if provided), telephone, and also by mail at the address given.  

Important Details

Completed Application Form must include the following. (Details of certain paras are given, the others are self-explanatory).

• A recent colour photograph of yourself.
• Indicate your choice of dates for attending the pre selection training in order of priority to enable us to form suitable batches.
  NOTE : It is advisable to plan your training well in advance. If you wait for the SSB call, you may not have enough time and miss out the training opportunity.
• The correspondence address should be where you want all correspondence, including joining instructions to be mailed.

Out Station Candidates
Arrival / Departure of outstation candidates for training will be under their own arrangements.
