Students of Amity Business School & Amity School of Engineering & Technology got an opportunity to interact with Mr. Subir Verma who spoke to them on length on the topic, “Career Planning and Expectation of Corporate from Management and Engineering students.

The session offered an exposure in the field of Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Policies / Processes / Systems designing & implementation, HR, MIS & Reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Reviews / Performance Management, Retention, Employee Engagements etc.

Mr. Verma shared some insightful tips for a systematic career planning & how to achieve it successfully by focusing on the various drives that create the urge to take up a certain type of a career. The aspects were Managerial Competence, Technical Competence, Security, Creativity and Autonomy.
