Guest lecture on “Development of Employee’s skill & abilities as per Industry need” has been successfully been completed on 06 March 2017. The session went with full of experience sharing and interaction with the audience. Mr Farhat Umar, Vice- President, HR- Learning and Development, AMNEAL Pharmaceuticals interacted with UG, PG and Ph D students on how to develop employee’s skill & abilities to address the requirement? All the participants had great learning experience on leadership development in Pharmaceutical field. Over hundred students and all faculty members have attended the event. Mr Farhat has interacted with students over various topic including communication, essential skills, high-performance and work ethics.
