Bengal Food Festival- A THEME BASED LUNCH ON BENGALI CUISINE

A food festival was organized by the students of all batches of BHM programme on a Bengali theme where food was prepared ,served and organized by the students of Hotel Management on  29th Sep..,2016 i.e. Thursday from 1.00 P.M to 03.00 P.M.  in the Lounge of University Guest House located at 2nd Floor of  premises of Amity School of Hospitality, Lucknow Campus. Menu was planned and Food was prepared on a particular theme only & served to the invited guests as per the requirement of that particular theme only. Restaurant was set-up by the students as per the requirement of the same Theme only.

PURPOSE AND EXPECTED OUTCOME : - To provide the students an opportunity to enhance their knowledge, skills and standards about organizing Theme based events. - To provide the students a platform to display their talents and skills which is generally not possible to be exhibited in their regular course of studies in the classroom.. - To improve the capabilities of students to work as a team. - To raise the level of self-confidence of students while interacting with fellow students and peers
