Community Extension Activity (Rally and Roleplay on World TB Day 2018)

On the occasion of World TB Day Nursing students of Amity College of Nursing Amity University Gurugram organized a Rally and Role play in Pataudi village under the guidance of Dr Hazari Lal, Senior Medical Officer, Pataudi to raise awareness in people and advocate them about the efforts to eliminate TB and to emphasis on early diagnosis and prompt treatment of Tuberculosis on 22nd March, 2018.

The session begun with official inauguration of “Wanted: Leaders for a TB-Free world” rally by Dr. Hazari Lal, Senior Medical Officer, Pataudi CHC. This rally has begun from CHC Pataudi and reached back at CHC crossing main road market. The staffs from CHC Pataudi were also participated in this event. Session got concluded after Role Play performance on Tuberculosis & its prevention and female feticide & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act (PCPNDT) 1994 to ban and punish prenatal sex screening by Amity Nursing Students.
