Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University Gurgaon Organized guest lecture on "Engineering for Future" by Nischal Kapoor, Global Industry Leader, Digital Marketing, IBM on 28^th July 2016. The expert, Mr. Nischal Kapoor (Global Industry Leader, Digital Marketing IBM), enlightened the audience of young minds and faculty members with his motivating lecture on “Engineering for Future”. The program started with an interactive presentation mentioning the practices that IBM follows, the strategies through which ideas are invented and also the future of technology that we and our future generations will be exposed to He emphasized that as we grow older, the world will become more saturated with people and ideas, and the key to success lies not only in academic prowess, but in balancing your career with your personal life. He explained the difference between leaders and followers and told about the qualities that all the students should imbibe to seal success in their future both in their careers and personal life.

Confidence, Communication, Honesty and Teamwork were few of his mantras that have been instrumental for Mr. Nischal Kapoor and the success that he achieved. Being the youngest VP in an organization of more than 4 Lakh employees, he shared these mantras with the audience and mesmerized the audience on his knowledge on Sahaj Yoga. He demonstrated how we all could experience our inner strengths using the power of Sahaj Yoga with a live demonstration.
