Military Training completed by young Amitians
Students of
Amity School of Communication (ASCO), Noida & Amity Institute of Education (AIE), Noida were awarded with Military Training Certificates on 12th April, 2005. Apart from providing the best basic and professional education, Amity has taken many other initiatives to equip the students with various inputs which would enhance their learning capabilities, Leadership skills, Team building qualities, inculcate character, moral & ethical values and imbue total personality development.
To achieve this Amity has made mandatory Military Training programme for eight days for all its Post- Graduate & Professional course students. This is the only educational institution in India to provide such training. The students undergo rigorous Military Training and during these eight days they stay in the Camp at sprawling campus at Amity Education Valley, Manesar.
Dr Ashok K Chauhan, Founder President, RBEF, on the occasion lauded the efforts of students and senior officials of Amity by saying, “I am happy to see that so many students have undergone military training, it’s like a dream come true”.
Present on the occasion Shri K.M Singh, IPS, Director General, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) commented “Military training not merely makes a person physically strong, but also enhances the personality of the individual. I am very happy that Amity has taken an initiative in this area, and I am proud to see smart students in Military dress around”.
