AMITY INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (AIIT) which served as a twilight zone where Technical knowledge, Innovation and Indian culture came together to create a diversified spectrum, Celebrated National IT meet – CYBUS’ 05.
Inaugurating this IT festival the Guest-in Chief, Mr. Muqtar Abbas Naqvi, National VP- BJP and Member of Parliament remarked, “This is the perfect platform for bringing Industry and academia together. I thank Amity for providing a forum on such a large scale.” He further emphasized on the importance of IT as one of the basic needs of human being“.
Mr. N. Vijayaditya, Director General, National Informatics Centre was the Chief Guest on this occasion and appraised the august gathering with the achievements of NIC and applauded the efforts of AIIT for organizing such a grand event.
Mr. S. N. Zindal, Director General, Software Technology Park of India (STPI) was the Guest of Honour on this occasion and lauded the efforts of Indian export industry in the IT Sector with a growth of 30% inspite of the global showdown in this sector.
Congratulating, the Founder President Amity Group, Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan remarked ‘we will not dilute the quality of education and thus produce the best students in all the sectors which the country wants thereby contributing to the society’. Mr. Naqvi, the Guest-in-Chief on this occasion also released the bi-annual journal: TECH GENESIS of Amity Institute of Information Technology.
