Dr. Robert Kaplan, Chairman- Balanced Scorecard Collaborative & Professor- Harvard Business School; delivered a seminar on ‘Execution as Competitive Advantage: New Strategies for the Information Age’ at the Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi on February 15, 2005.
