Workshop on Social Entrepreneurship
Amity Innovation Incubator, Mumbai along with IIT- Bombay organized a workshop on Social Entrepreneurship on 18th October 2018. Ranjiv Indimath, Founder and CEO, Inca Growth Partners, was the speaker of the day. The seminar started with a welcome note from Ms. Manju and Ms. Avanti, members e-cell. The event was held at the moot court at 3:30 pm in the presence of 100 students and 14 committee members.
The speaker covered the different themes of social entrepreneurship. He spoke about health, education, water, sanitation etc. are some of the social issues India is facing and looking for solutions. He also discussed how sales are an integral part in the making of entrepreneur. He asked the students to be socially aware.
This talk was very useful for students to know on what lines they should think while going for start up..
The event was concluded at 5 pm. Dr. Artee Aggrawal, head- AII-AUM, gave token of appreciation to Mr. Rajiv Indimath for taking time from his busy schedule and making the event a success.
