Yoga Training Session by Amiyoga Club
Amiyoga club organised Yoga Training Session for Teaching and Non-teaching faculty of Amity University Mumbai from 25th May to 25th July 2018. The participants were trained by Dr. Manjiree Vaidya, Head of the Institution, Amity School of Languages.
Hon. V.C. Dr. D.S. Rao and Prof. (Dr.) Ravi Manuja encouraged faculty members to participate in daily Yoga session. Faculty members from various schools gave overwhelming response for this activity. They practised different Asanas and Pranayama every day from 9.15 to 10.15 a.m. All the participants were satisfied by this activity and promised to continue it for their own physical and mental fitness.
