AUC Visit by Shishu Niketan School

Jan 10: Around 80 students of Shishu Niketan, Raipur today visited the Amity University Chhattisgarh Campus as a part of school connect programme. Amity University is a premiere university which stands for value added education and transforms students towards learning with human values. The University is situated just 25 kms away from the Raipur city in a pollution free environment at Kharora.
Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Singh Dahima, the Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor of Amity University Chhattisgarh delivered a career oriented speech to the students. Prof. Dahima emphasized the importance of value based education and asked the youngsters not to be under stress. He made students aware about the various courses that are on offer at Amity University Chhattisgarh and informed students about the various opportunities that they can get if they are inclined to pursue their ambitions.
Students also separately interacted with the respective Directors, HOI’S and HoD’s of various Schools of Amity University Chhattisgarh. They also visited the engineering laboratories, media studio, moot court etc. and interacted with the concerned officials. The senior faculty members and other senior officials of were present during the entire duration of the visit.
The students of Shishu Niketan thoroughly enjoyed their stay on campus and appreciated the University officials for planning such a wonderful visit at one of the best campuses of Chhattisgarh.
