These estates are required to provide sophisticated facilities and are complex entities with huge air-conditioning, lighting, lifts, escalators, landscaping and various other services. Managing these services needs professional and technical input with the knowledge of latest tools available in cost cutting and energy saving devices. Constructed at huge costs, such complexes generally deteriorate and do not remain serviceable for long, in the absence of scientific management and timely maintenance.
