Managerial Fest AURA organised by Amity Business School

Aura is a convergence of ideas, a novel and grand platform where the future leaders of the world met to aspire, to share, to compete but most importantly to learn. Aura is a brand fondly nurtured by students of BBA - Amity Business School, Amity University Uttar Pradesh to exude an Aura of vibrant energies. This year’s event Aura spreaded its wings across the national boundaries with expected participation of teams from the Asian Continent. In the realm of the fourth wave of development the theme for this year is ICE, i.e.; the industries of Information, communication and entertainment.

The action packed two day management festival i.e. February 10-11, 2006 at Amity Campus, Noida started with a kick start with events like Strange Brew which checked a layman’s marketing acumen; Color Of Money the finance game; Survivor the best manager and a series of cultural events such as, Like My Style the fashion show; a fusion of corporate and informal culture, Act Naturally the dramatics competition and Do Your Dance the choreography competition was set hearts beating.

Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, MP from Kannauj and Chief Guest of the occasion advised students that time is in their hands and the country is having a very young percentage of population. There is a need to make the country strong and prosperous therefore the youth strength has to be channelised. Youth have to take the responsibility of reducing the corruption level in the country. He called upon students to have big dreams and achieve these dreams with dedication and devotion.

Piyush Modia, SSP Noida while addressing the gathering remarked, “In quest of glory,fame and riches a student may find the growth tough but study always have importance in ones career. He advised the students to become leaders and make the country proud”.

Dr. Ashok Chauhan, Founder President, Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF) advised students to breathe achievement. India is being respected all over the globe. Youth should be committed to change the country and change the world. He advised students to have faith and confidence in oneself and an urge to be successful”.
