Amity International School-Vasundhara team won the overall Team Championship Trophy in the Inter-school Gymnastics Competition organized by Sommerville School, Noida on 23rd & 24th November, 2006.
There were 10 leading schools like Mater Dei, Apeejay, Cambridge, Amity International School participating from Delhi and NCR region.
The participants from
Amity International School-Vasundhara team in the Under-10 category were Ayush Banerjee of Class-IIID, Anmol Baluja of Class-IIC, Nitish Sharma of Class-IA and Jatin Bhatia of Class-IIIC.
In individual performances, Ayush Banerjee of Class-IIID won Gold medal and Anmol Baluja of Class-IC won Silver medal in under-10 category. In floor exercise, Shivang Aggarwal of Class II-D won Bronze medal in the under-12 category.
