Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow position on the project “Development and Application of Diatom Indices for the Ecological Assessment of Chambal River System” funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Govt. of India.

Masters in any branch of Environmental Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Botany/ Chemistry

Percentage of marks required for eligibility

55% or equivalent CGPA

Desirable qualifications
|
Candidates with Experience in Ecology/ Hydrobiology/ Limnology/ Phycology would be given priority.
|
|
Emoluments for the position
|
Rs. 16,000 pm ( For NET qualified candidates)
Rs. 12,000 pm (For Non NET candidates)
|
