The candidate should be:
Not more than 55 years of age.
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferably Post Graduate Diploma in Housekeeping from prestigious Institute / University
Minimum 15 years Experience in Housekeeping / facility management of organization preferably in Education Institute / Hotel
Should be presently working on managerial level looking after the upkeep and maintenance of building area with infrastructure and other support services of medium / big organization
Additional knowledge / qualification in facility planning will be added advantage
