Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Duration: 4 years and 6 months of internship.

Medium of Instruction: English

Admission criteria:

Age:
Minimum Age for admission - 17 years
Maximum Age for admission - Below 21 years as on August 1st (as per GGSIP University)

Educational Requirements:
Pass in 12th class of 10+2 pattern or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (including practical) provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. A candidate also must have passed in English as a subject of study (core of elective) in the qualifying examination.

Selection Criteria:
Selection for admission for the seats will be done on merit through the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the GGSIP University, Delhi.

Subject for Entrance Test – Physics (25%) Chemistry (25%) and Biology (Botany and Zoology) (50%) as per CBSE syllabus for class XI & XII Examinations.

Physical fitness:
The applicant must be in good mental and physical health and should be free from any physical defect which is likely to interfere with his/her studies including duties required of a professional. He/She should submit the Medical Certificate in the prescribed Performa at the time of admission/counseling.
