Competitive Intelligence is becoming increasingly important in business and industry in today’s competitive environment. It will be the endeavour of the Amity Institute of Competitive Intelligence to equip its participants with the necessary skills in Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Warfare and Management, so that they can stay ahead of the curve. In our course, the primary focus will be on collection and analytical techniques, and the making of assessments for the decision maker. Applications of Competitive Intelligence will be emphasized by examining case studies and by war gaming and scenario planning, as also by attachments to industry where possible.
