To supplement the theoretical inputs, in a management program of Postgraduate level, students must work on live projects in industry so that he/she is able to see practical situations in the context of conceptual frameworks learnt during the classes. His / her ability to apply theoretical concepts to real life managerial situations thus improves. AIBS encourages students take up such ongoing assignments (called winter projects) along-with their regular studies. It helps them find organisations where they could work and also helps in formulating the projects and facilitating them through faculty and industry guide interacting on the managerial issues and guiding the students on meaningfully completing the assignments.
