All persons including foreign delegates wishing to participate in the Conference are requested to complete a Participation Form (Form P) and send it as soon as possible to the SAFCON Secretariat .
For Foreign delegate:
The general rules and regulations for obtaining VISA will be followed by the foreign delegates. It is requested that any inquiry/clarification in regard to this may be addressed to us so that we would take necessary measures to facilitate obtaining VISA by the delegate.
Participants, whose official submissions have been received by the conference secretariat, will receive further information on the Conference approximately two to three months before the meeting. This information will also be posted on the conference web page mentioned above.
