The Participation Form (Form P) and the Form for Oral Presentation (Form OP) or Poster (Form PP) together with two copies of the abstract should be sent to the competent official authority (Ministry of Foreign Affairs,) for transmission to the Conference secretariat.

Subsequent correspondence on scientific matters should be sent to the Members of the Scientific Committee (Dr. Sally Lukose) and correspondence on administrative matters to the Conference Reception Committee (Mr. Bhupesh Kumar).
