(a) Submission of Abstract

Persons who wish to present a paper or poster at the Conference must submit a synopsis (in English) together with the completed Form for Oral Presentation ( Form OP ) or a Poster ( Form PP ) along with Participation Form (Form P) to the competent national authority for official transmission to the conference secretariat on time so as to reach secretariat by 30th June 2008. The abstract must also be sent on the e-mail: safconscientific@amity.edu

Authors are urged to make use of Abstract Template in Word format.

The specifications and instructions for preparing the synopsis and using the synopsis template are given in the attached "Instructions on how to prepare and submit abstract electronically”.

The abstract will be considered by the Programme Committee only if the Participation Form P and the Oral Presentation or Poster submission Form OP or Form PP have been received by the conference secretariat through the official governmental channels.

(b) Acceptance of the Abstract

Authors will be informed of whether the Scientific Committee on the basis of the synopsis submitted has accepted the contribution.

At the same time, authors of accepted contributions will be informed about the nature of the presentation oral or poster.

They will also be informed about the assigned session of oral/poster presentation including the poster number. The accepted abstract will be reproduced in unedited form in the Souvenir of Abstracts.
