| M.A. Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behaviour |
| Master of Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behaviour is a two-year professional course (consisting of 4 Semesters) conducted by AIBHAS under the Amity University, UP. This course is envisaged to provide training to students towards making them professional psychologists in the organizations. While they join the course and take up the first part of the theory course and complete their first semester (July to December) they are simultaneously placed for field work in industrial/ organizational setting to learn and contribute effectively to the organizations. This field training in Organizational Psychology continues two days per week for a period of two years.
