SEM -II
  • Paper –I : Introduction to Forensic Science, Forensic Science Laboratory - expert testimony and laws specially related to forensic science.
  • Paper –II : Crime Scene Investigation-importance, location and evaluation.
  • Paper –III : Ten digit fingerprint classification –latent fingerprint, footprints and tire impression
  • Paper –IV : The metric system and physical properties of evidence- Analysis of physical evidences-glass, fiber, soil and hair
  • Paper –V : Practical
SEM -III
  • Paper-I : Blood analysis, Phenolphthalein test, benizidine test, blood pattern analysis, grouping, species identification.
  • Paper –II : Analysis of Biological fluids like, semen, vaginal swabs, saliva, sweat and vomit.
  • Paper –III : Introduction to toxicology, classification of poisons and their effect on human body
  • Paper –IV : Pharmacological and toxicological effects and chemical examination of different types of poisons and drugs.

  • Paper –I : Handwriting and typewriting analysis
  • Paper –II : Examination of fraudulent documents, erasers, obliterations, overwriting, indented writing, invisible writing etc.

  • Paper –I : Microscopy-simple microscope, compound microscope, comparison microscope, scanning electron microscope, fluorescence microscope
  • Paper –II : Instrumentation, AAS, NAA, chromatography (TLC, GC, HPLC), Spectrophometry (u.v., visible and I.R.)-X-ray diffraction
