Conference Info

Organizations in the twenty first century are facing unprecedented challenges and issues that require human sensitivity with tactic precision. The absence of these make the Management Professional/Practitioners, doubt upon and call for re-positioning the established ways and means of realizing the strategic intent and vision of the organization, in sync with contemporary organizational reality. One of the challenges for Management Professional is to become sensitive towards multiple layers present within the ever-evolving workplaces and then maneuver in tandem with the culture, mindsets, and values, and then strategize them in a given context. In these turbulent times, the role of Management Practitioners is confronted with one of the most daunting issues that require rethinking how to 'integrate' the Management Practices and Philosophy into the business strategy and how to 'adapt' the HRM at all levels of the organization. This transforms the role of Management Practitioners into strategic partners in the organizations.

Taking the theme "Culture, values, mindsets, gender & strategy: a need for repositioning SHRM", the international research conference invites academicians, researchers and organizational psychologists to present their perspectives through their scientific researches and research findings.
