Important Note
- The status of Application form receiving will be updated only after printed copy of the form is received at respective admission office.
- After filling in the page 1, a form number and password is allotted and displayed on the second page. Notedown this information for future reference.
- In case you are not able to complete the form now, you shall login with the form number and password to fill-in the remaining detail and take print out later.
